The Gibraltar Comical is a work of satire and parody. Every story printed here is fiction. Every quotation is invented. Every cartoon is a cartoon. Nothing on this site is reporting; nothing on this site is news. If a piece reads as though it might be true, that is the joke doing its work, not the record.

House Rules

Public figures are satirised only in the exercise of their public roles — ministers as ministers, officials as officials, boards as boards. We invent no factual allegations, criminal or otherwise, about identifiable people. We do not write about private individuals. Where a target is unclear, we blame the weather.

Corrections & Tips

Letters, corrections and stray rumours may be addressed to the Editor. There is no contact form and no data is collected: just an inbox, opened intermittently, in weather permitting.
